Recently, approved by the Office of the National Post-doctoral Committee, The DewertOkin Technology Group Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Institute’) has been approved to set up a national post-doctoral research station.
Since the establishment of the Zhejiang Postdoctoral Workstation in 2022, the Institute has always focused the post-doctoral training work in the construction of a talent team. To do so, it established a perfect recruitment and assessment mechanism, personnel employment, financial management and among others, and currently counts 9 doctors in the team.
Integration of industry, research and education to promote transformation and innovation
The postdoctoral workstation of the institute cooperates with several universities, like Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, East China Teachers University, Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, Yangtze River Delta Research Institute of Beijing Institute of Technology, Ruijin Hospital, Sun Yat-sen Hospital, among others. The research focus on the fields of smart home, smart medical care and smart office, in which the application of millimeter-wave radar technology, AIoT scenario applications, and inductive signs monitoring have made innovative breakthroughs, just to name a few examples.
Since 1982, DewertOkin Technology Group has been granted more than 1,500 patents, including more than 900 invention patents (more than 900 patents are authorized and valid, from which over 400 are invention patents). The Institute invests RMB 80 million in R&D annually, and is committed to core businesses such as product innovation, talent training, and scientific and technological development.
Setting up new standards, DewertOkin will further strengthen the development of the post-doctoral research station, promote the deep integration of the talent team and the growth of the company, build a new high ground for young talents, create a new landscape for scientific research and serve the new quality productivity, while continuously promoting the high-quality development of the industry.
